It's not that bad anymore. How can it be when it was all in my head? Apathy replaces despaire. I'm left alone. No reason to complain; no reason to rejoice.

I think the truth is that it's easier for you to stay in your comfortable, miserable shell than to actually be happy. Have you ever seen the movie "Closer"? Larry, responding to Dan's statement that everyone wants to be happy, says "Depressives don't. They want to be unhappy to confirm they're depressed. If they were happy they couldn't be depressed anymore. They'd have to go out into the world and live. Which can be depressing."

Because we're not close anymore I can tell you this without being afraid you'll shun me: Grow some f*cking balls. If you want to live your life, go ahead and do it. Take some risks. Wake up from your self-inflicted numb haze and leave yourself open. Don't hate on people for wanting to see you happy.

Do you want what is easiest for you, or what is best for you? because I know which one I want.

Hmm. Sorry. That was harsh. But I sort of mean it.
